The Essential Ten
This session will take you through The Essential Ten: ten types of exercise that a complete vocal workout includes.
During this 45-minute vocal workout—delivered live, via Zoom—you’ll be guided through full-length versions of exercises from all ten categories (e.g., onset, high stretch, and diction), to exercise your voice from bottom to top, and to develop different fundamental skills (e.g., agility and dynamic control).
This comprehensive workout is perfect for multiple viewings, as Julia will present variations of each exercise.
All you’ve got to do is “press play” and your voice will be thoroughly “worked out” by the end of the session!
Remember, practice makes permanent. To exercise your complete voice, we invite you to repeat this workout often. Every Essential Ten workout is different, while focusing on the same 10 categories of vocal exercise.

Recording available! All registration-based Co-Vo workouts are recorded.
